Additional systems such as CCTV, video intercoms, and access control were incorporated to deliver a secure living environment without compromising design integrity. Energy-efficient solutions, including LED lighting, smart sensors and efficient HVAC integrations, ensured the development remained both sustainable and cost-effective.

To support a streamlined living experience, all electrical elements were carefully coordinated with the building’s HVAC and management systems (BMS), ensuring optimal performance and occupant comfort.
