Located in a prime position with uninterrupted northern views of the Maroochy River, these architecturally designed residences. Our electrical services were integral to ensuring the apartments were equipped with state-of-the-art systems, seamlessly blending modern technology, energy efficiency, and luxury living.

Electrical Fit-Outs for Luxury Apartments
Full electrical installations across 30 luxury residences, including high-end power distribution, lighting, and data systems designed to meet the unique needs of each home, from the spacious one-bedroom units to the expansive three-bedroom penthouses.
Bespoke Lighting Solutions
Custom lighting designs tailored to highlight the architectural features of each apartment, enhancing the stunning northern views of the Maroochy River. Energy-efficient LED lighting was installed throughout to create both ambient and task lighting, optimising comfort and aesthetics.
Advanced Security Systems
High-end security features, including access control systems, CCTV, and video intercoms, were installed to ensure the safety and privacy of residents in the building. Fire alarm systems were also strategically placed to comply with all safety regulations.
Seamless Infrastructure Integration
Our team worked closely with the developers and other contractors to ensure the smooth integration of electrical systems with the building’s other infrastructure, including HVAC, water, and telecommunications, ensuring residents enjoy a seamless and modern living experience.
