Brad is one of three Directors and the Operations Manager at IKON, based on the Sunshine Coast, leading complex multi-residential and commercial electrical projects across Queensland. Holding a Certificate IV in Project Management and serving as IKON’s Qualified Technical Person (QTP), he combines technical expertise with operational leadership.

He oversees daily operations, workforce coordination, programme delivery, and compliance governance, while building strong, collaborative relationships with builders, clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Known for being results-driven and accountability-focused, Brad proactively manages risk, optimises labour performance, and ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards from early structure stages through to commissioning and handover.
